It consists of 415,115 individually synthesized, 5’ biotinylated, oligonucleotide probes. Each probe was quality tested and combined so that the panel contains the correct concentration.
Syntezza maintains IDT’s exome panel in stock. Following preparation of your DNA-Seq library with fragmentation (₪ 440.00 per sample), we will perform the complete hybrid capture procedure (including provision of the panel, the other hybrid capture reagents and the laboratory service) for a fixed price of ₪ 1,600 per reaction (each reaction includes up to 12 samples).
