Description
Components: DNA polymerase, dNTP mix, reaction buffer, magnesium chloride and gel loading dye. The specially formulated reaction buffer contains Tris-HCI pH 8.3 (25° C), KCl, special stabilizer s and 1.5 mM MgCl2.
